Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all transactions between Ravintorengas Oy and consumer-customers in the online shop, by e-mail or by telephone.

2. Product information and prices

Product prices and delivery charges are displayed in the online shop or available from our customer service. They include applicable VAT. Prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of products and delivery charges.

3. Ordering

Ordering from the online shop does not require registration. Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart using the online payment service.

When ordering online, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the order and delivery in force from time to time. We reserve the right to change the contents of the online shop and the ordering and delivery conditions. The current terms and conditions of order and delivery are always available in our online shop.

When placing an order, you will also be required to consent to the use of your personal data to enable the processing, delivery and other actions directly related to your order. Our privacy policy can be found on our website.

4. Delivery time

As a rule, we will ship the products within two full working days of placing the order. However, we do not have a delivery time guarantee.

For domestic orders, the service of Oy Matkahuolto Ab is used. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days.

The supplier for international orders is DHL International GmbH. When placing an order, the customer can usually choose between two options for the delivery time, each with a different price.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, delays caused by third parties beyond our control or indirect damage or costs caused by delays.

5. Delivery methods

IN FINLAND:

The customer has the choice of delivery via Matkahuolto pick-up parcel or home delivery. This is selected when placing the order. The online shop suggests the nearest pick-up points according to the customer's address, from which the customer can choose. Sometimes, however, for reasons beyond our control, orders are redirected to a nearby pick-up point.

If the order contains several parcels, it cannot be delivered to a parcel machine but will be turned over to the nearest customer-service Matkahuolto pick-up point.

Takeaway package: 4,90 €/order

Home delivery: 9,90 €/order

Delivery prices apply to all orders, regardless of the price, quantity or weight of the order.

Free pick-up is also possible from the company's premises in Siikainen (Kuusistontie 3, 29810 Siikainen) on weekdays
from 8-16.

OUTSIDE:

The price for international deliveries is determined by the delivery note. The price will be available before you pay for your order. The price does not include possible customs duties.

6. Payment methods

When you pay for your e-commerce order, you will be taken to the Verifone service, where you can choose between the following payment options: card payment (Credit/Debit), online bank payment or mobile transfer payment.

Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9), in cooperation with banks and credit institutions, is the payment service provider for the online shop.

7. Right of return

The right of return applies only to unused and unopened products in their original packaging, which are fit for sale. The return period is 14 days from the date you received the goods.

If you wish to return products, please inform us in advance, preferably by phone.

If there is an error in your order, please contact us either by phone or email and we will sort it out.

8. Complaints and defective products

If you have any concerns about the quality of the product you have purchased, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email. Please keep the faulty product, as we need the batch number or the Best Before date.

9. Disagreements

Any disputes between the customer and Ravintorengas Oy shall be governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily by negotiation between the parties. If negotiations do not lead to a satisfactory solution for the parties, the disputes will be settled in the district court.

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority(kkv.fi) oversees the interests of all consumers. In practice, in the event of a dispute, consumers are advised to contact the Consumer Advisory Service, which will also provide them with instructions on how to take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board if necessary.
