These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all trade between Ravintorengas Oy and consumer customers in the online store, by email, or by telephone.

Product and delivery costs are displayed in the online store or available from our customer service. They include the current value-added tax. Prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of products and delivery costs.
Ordering from the online store does not require registration. Products are ordered in the online store by adding the products to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service.
When placing an order in the online store, you are required to read and commit to the current terms and conditions of ordering and delivery. We reserve the right to change the content of the online store and the terms and conditions of ordering and delivery. We usually ship the products within two full business days of placing the order. However, we do not have a delivery time guarantee.
Domestic orders are delivered using Oy Matkahuolto Ab's service. Deliveries usually take 1–3 business days.
International orders are delivered by DHL International GmbH. When placing an order, the customer can usually choose between two delivery time options, which have different prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, delays caused by third parties beyond our control, or indirect damages or costs caused by delays.
IN FINLAND:
Customers can choose between Matkahuolto's pick-up parcel or home delivery when placing an order. The online store suggests the nearest pick-up points based on the customer's address, from which the customer can choose. However, sometimes orders are directed to a nearby pick-up point for reasons beyond our control.
If the order contains multiple packages, it cannot be delivered to a parcel locker and the order will be redirected to the nearest Matkahuolto pick-up point with customer service.
Pick-up parcel: 4,90 €/order
Home delivery: 9,90 €/order
Delivery prices are valid for all orders regardless of the order price, quantity or weight.
Free pick-up is also possible from the company's farm shop in Siikainen (Kuusistontie 3, 29810 Siikainen) on weekdays
from 8 AM to 4 PM.
INTERNATIONAL:
The price of international deliveries depends on the delivery address. The price is visible before paying for the order. The price does not include possible customs fees.
When paying for an online store order, you will be redirected to Verifone's service, where you can choose a payment method from the available options: Card payment (Credit/Debit), online bank payment or Siirto mobile payment.
The payment intermediary and payment service provider for the online store is Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions.
The return policy only applies to unused and resalable products in their original, unopened packaging. The return period is 14 days from when you received the goods.
If you want to return products, please notify us in advance, preferably by phone.
If there is an error in your order, please contact us either by phone or email and we will sort it out.
If there is anything to complain about the quality of the product you purchased, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Keep the defective product, as we need the batch number or Best before date from it.
Finnish law applies to any disputes between the customer and Ravintorengas Oy. Disagreements are primarily resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiations do not lead to a solution that satisfies the parties, disputes will be resolved in the District Court.
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (kkv.fi) monitors the interests of all consumers. In practice, in the event of a dispute, the consumer should contact consumer advice, through which they will also receive instructions on how to bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board if necessary.
